Hurray! My goodies have come in the mail! I order a few new books : My Sweet Vegan, Yellow Rose Recipies, Japanese Cooking, and Herbivore Magazine and also the Ricemellow Creme and Vegan "Jello" packets! I'm really excited about it actually! I have so many recipes I'm not sure what to do with them.
This is from the Japanese Cooking book. It's a vegan Tonkatsu made from wheat gluten and spices. Very yum!Next time, I'm going to try and make these a bit thinner for hopefully more of a crunch.
